Project: “Establishing a one-stop shop center for integrated social and health services in the neighborhood of Stolipinovo”

The project aims at implementing a comprehensive program for socio-economic inclusion of vulnerable ethnic groups in Plovdiv’s neighborhood of Stolipinovo by providing improved access to administrative, social, educational and health services through the establishment of a one-stop shop center.

Project: “Introduction of integrated measures in support of vulnerable groups in the municipalities of Smyadovo, Vetrino and Bolyarovo”

The project foresees the development of a complex of integrated services provided by multidisciplinary teams in the municipalities of Smyadovo, Vetrino and Bolyarovo in order to improve the situation and increase opportunities for social inclusion and development of the potential of local Roma communities.

Project: “Fair chances for better future for Roma in Sungurlare and Antonovo municipalities”

The project aims to create sustainable mechanisms for improving the condition and opportunities of people living in marginalized Roma communities through effective integrated approaches, increasing access of Roma and other vulnerable groups to better services in the following sectors: social assistance, education, employment and health.

Project: “Integrated approaches for inclusion and empowerment of the Roma ethnos in Montana and Boychinovtsi”

The project targets at one of the largest and marginalized Roma communities in Northwestern Bulgaria, in Montana Municipality and Boychinovtsi Municipality, approximately 8,500 people. The main goal is to improve the life of this community by significantly improving access to health, social and educational services, contributing to a lasting change in the attitudes towards Roma in Montana, working to overcome segregation and creating sustainable models for Roma inclusion in local community management.

Project: “Social Inclusion Hub Stamboliyski”

The main objective is to create opportunities for everyone to live healthily, responsibly and independently by building a hub for functionally related social and educational services in support of children and youth from vulnerable groups, as well as their families in the municipality of Stamboliyski.

Project: “Integrated measures for Roma inclusion and empowerment in municipality of Blagoevgrad”

The overall goal of the project is to create sustainable mechanisms to improve the condition and opportunities of people living in Roma communities in the municipality of Blagoevgrad by implementing integrated measures, including improving access to social services, education, employment, health and non-discrimination, as well as empowering the Roma.

Project: “Provision of integrated services for early childhood development in the municipality of Tvarditsa”

The project envisages the establishment of a complex of functionally related services (hubs) in three socially isolated communities on the territory of Tvarditsa town, Shivachevo town and Sborishte village. The activities of the hubs will reflect the needs of the local communities and will offer services in the fields of education, health and social activities. The target group of the complex will be children aged 0 to 6 who do not attend kindergarten or nursery and live in isolated, poor areas with a concentration of problems posing a risk of poverty and social exclusion, as well as their parents.

Project: “Early Childhood Care and Education in the Municipality of Kyustendil”

Kyustendil Municipality plans to expand the counseling services for children and their families at the Day Care Center for Children with Disabilities. The expansion of the Center’s activities will provide a complex of functional services contributing to improving the quality of life, social inclusion and early childhood development of children from vulnerable groups, including Roma communities, to ensure their equal inclusion in the formal education system.
