Project summary:<\/strong>
The overall goal of the project proposal is to provide support to children aged 0-6 and their families from vulnerable groups by creating 5 functionally related hubs that provide a range of health, educational and social services, including supporting the active involvement of the local community, to 320 children, 100 parents, guardians or caregivers.

The main activities include: Piloting a complex of functional services related to building the model of early childhood education and care; Piloting educational activities including activities related to early childhood development; Piloting activities for social inclusion in the 3 fixed centers; Jointly planned activities for active involvement of the community in the construction of the model and the functioning of the 5 hubs; Repair, reconstruction and construction and installation works, supply of equipment and furniture; Sharing good practices with other organizations and institutions in creating and developing the model and hubs.

The specific objectives of the project proposal include: 1) Development and implementation of complex integrated measures aimed at improving access to education, healthcare and development of social skills for children aged 0-6 from the municipalities of Kozloduy and Mizia living in isolated rural and urban, mostly poor areas with a concentration of problems at risk of poverty, social exclusion and marginalization; 2) Piloting a new hub in Yantra district in Kozloduy, providing a complex of functional services contributing to improving the quality of life, social inclusion and early childhood development of children from vulnerable groups; Piloting a new Hub in a public building in the municipality of Moesia; Expansion of the existing Center for Management and Functioning of Early Childhood Development Services in the building of Zvanche Kindergarten; Expansion of the existing Center for Management and Functioning of Early Childhood Development Services in the building of Vasil Levski Primary School and its transformation into a coordination point for the 5 functionally connected hubs; 3) Ensuring the active involvement of the community in the planning and implementation of measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
