FILM: Little People

We often point the finger at the difference between people. Consciously or not, we make an escape from the problems of the “different”. Is otherness a punishment for us humans? Let’s look inside ourselves and find out how fair and accepting are we, and can we really get to know the ‘different’? This is what we will find out in the story of “Little People”.

Bulgaria is in 14th place in terms of the number of pending appeals allocated to a judicial panel with 623 appeals and in 17th place in terms of the number of pending appeals allocated per capita. The translation of the publication in Bulgarian language (see the Bulgarian version of our site) was made possible with the financial support of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014–2021, Justice programme.

Project: “Provision of integrated services for early childhood development in the municipality of Tvarditsa”

The project envisages the establishment of a complex of functionally related services (hubs) in three socially isolated communities on the territory of Tvarditsa town, Shivachevo town and Sborishte village. The activities of the hubs will reflect the needs of the local communities and will offer services in the fields of education, health and social activities. The target group of the complex will be children aged 0 to 6 who do not attend kindergarten or nursery and live in isolated, poor areas with a concentration of problems posing a risk of poverty and social exclusion, as well as their parents.

Project: “Healthcare for Everyone”

The main goal of the project is to improve the communication, resources and coordination at the local level in the implementation of health policies for marginalized communities by optimizing the health mediation system.
