The Impact Assessment Report has been drafted under the project “Scaling up a sustainable model communities living in non-regulated areas to improve their living conditions – SCALE IT UP”. The project focuses on the need for improving the knowledge and competencies with respect to housing issues and ensuring equal access to public services among municipal staff and contributes to their active involvement in the process of overcoming the existing stereotypes related to the Roma communities and building mutual trust.

Redefining Narratives – Empowering Roma Women in Bulgaria

It is  crucial to empower Roma women, considering the obstacles they face in accessing education and employment opportunities. By combining empowerment with accessible healthcare and social services, a more equitable and inclusive society can take shape.

Project: “Integrated measures in support of Roma inclusion in the municipality of Dupnitsa”

Among ethnic minorities and especially among the Roma population, there are various factors that feed poverty – early school leaving, low education, long-term unemployment and lack of work habits, limited employment opportunities, poor living conditions, lack of access to health, social and social services. and educational services.

Project: “Early Childhood Care and Education in the Municipality of Kyustendil”

Kyustendil Municipality plans to expand the counseling services for children and their families at the Day Care Center for Children with Disabilities. The expansion of the Center’s activities will provide a complex of functional services contributing to improving the quality of life, social inclusion and early childhood development of children from vulnerable groups, including Roma communities, to ensure their equal inclusion in the formal education system.
