Project: “Free Spirit Art – improving intercultural collaboration through performing and screen arts”

The project provides is an opportunity to foster intercultural cooperation through art and culture. The direct target group (children and young people with focus Roma) is involved in interesting initiatives, such as creative workshops in performing and applied arts, and cinema workshops in order to create own short film productions.

Project: “Educational theater, a tool for improved awareness of the art and culture of the roma ethnos in Bulgaria”

The overall objective of the project is to improve the situation of the Roma in Bulgaria, using culture and art as a tool for developing skills, capacity and as a pathway to education, as well as to stimulate greater social cohesion in Bulgaria through improved mutual understanding as a bilateral process between the general population and the cultures of minorities.

The goal of the project is to increase the capacity of Bulgarian local authorities in the field of domestic violence and gender-based violence. The project supports the development and introduction of an effective integrated approach aimed at improving the status and opportunities of victims of domestic and gender-based violence.

Project: „Specialized services for children from roma communities in conflict or contact with the law“

The project aims to introduce and develop an effective integrated approach aimed at improving the status and opportunities of children in contact with the law in three Roma communities in Bulgaria – Pazardzhik, Plovdiv and Lom. Specialized services “Center for counseling and legal assistance for children” will be developed and implemented in the three regions.

The specific objectives of the project were, going deep into the issue through a series of researches, observations and analysis, to build a bridge between institutions and Roma communities at the local level and to help build trust between them, to influence local policies by developing a local model for the work of institutions in the municipalities of Rhodopes, Kuklen, Perushtitsa on cases of violence against women in Roma communities.
